The prosecution gave the claim for the 4 minors involved in the event. The prosecution has requested 12 years in prison for Orgito Çarçiu, suspected of being the author of the murder.

Fatjon Bici was killed in May 2023, in front of the 9-year-old school 'Asllan Shahini' in Gramsh. 16-year-old Bici was stabbed to death after a fight with 4 peers. He was at school that day and after finishing the lesson he saw his 15-year-old cousin Marko Bici who was having a conflict with 4 peers and intervened to protect him. However, as a result of the stabbings, Bici died, while his cousin was injured.
The 4 young men, after being arrested by the police on the day of the incident, in the presence of the psychologist, confessed that the fight with Marko Bici had started about 2 months ago, but continued even further on social networks. In the prosecution's file, messages exchanged between the boys in the conflict on the Snapchat social platform are cited, where they sent each other knives and fist enhancers, saying that they would use these tools against each other, and unfortunately, this is what happened ended in tragedy.
