A 31-year-old man has been arrested by Fier police, accused of drug distribution.
The young man with the initials J. Ç. was obtaining the narcotic Cannabis Sativa and dividing it into doses, while the police found it stuffed in a suitcase.
Meanwhile, 3.6 kg of Cannabis (divided into doses), a scale used for dividing it, a sum of money gained from the sale of the substance, and 2 cell phones were seized.
"The police anti-drug operation, codenamed "Casus", is finalized. He was providing the narcotic substance Cannabis Sativa and dividing it into doses, with the aim of selling it, and the 31-year-old was arrested. 3.6 kg of Cannabis, a scale that served for its division, a sum of money obtained from the sale of the substance and 2 mobile phones were seized. As a result of the rapid management of information obtained through the police, about a citizen implicated in the sale of narcotic substances, mainly in Roskovec, the specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section, in cooperation with those of the Operational Force Section, finalized the "Casus" operation.
During the operation, citizen J. Ç., 31 years old, resident of Roskovec, was arrested in flagrante delicto.
During physical searches and in his apartment, the Police found and seized as material evidence:
-a total of 3.6 kg of the narcotic substance Cannabis (one portion, divided into doses);
-1 electronic scale;
-a sum of money, suspected to have been obtained from the sale of narcotics;
-2 cell phones.
"The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier, for further action," the police announced.
