A robbery with a firearm took place this afternoon in the city of Kavaja.
It is reported that a person armed with a Kalashnikov entered the premises of a market and took a sum of money at gunpoint. He also threatened the present customers by taking the money they had with them.
Police sources said that around 6:30 p.m. this evening, the robbery was committed at the "Maximarket" supermarket.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported from the incident. Police forces have arrived at the scene and are working to identify the perpetrator.
The police report that the author headed towards Mali i Robi and lost his tracks there in the dark.
