A building in the area of "Varri i Bami" in Tirana was engulfed in flames today, meanwhile, pictures of the burned apartment have also been published.
The fire is said to have started on the first floor in the apartment of a 55-year-old woman. From the information, it is believed that the fire may have started because of a clothes iron left in the outlet.
Fortunately, no one was injured, but the damage to the 55-year-old LT's apartment is very large.
"On 28.12.2023, in the "Varri i Bami" neighborhood, on the first floor of a building, in the apartment of the citizen LT, 55 years old, there was a fire.
Police services, in cooperation with the fire brigade, immediately evacuated the residents of the building. The fire has been extinguished and as a result there is only material damage.
The investigative group is working to clarify the circumstances of the event and determine the cause of the fire," the police announced.
