Erjon Alibej alias (Krymi), the man with the largest record of murders (7 such) in the "Dumani" file, has told SPAK that he did not agree to the carrying out of the murders, as he was personally only interested in capturing Talo Çela, possibly alive.
Alibej was questioned 7 times at SPAK, where through video-audio recordings he showed what he knew about the crimes committed in Elbasan and other cities.
In his testimony, "Krymi" admits that he embarked on the path of murder to avenge the crimes of his family members, Endrit Alibej, uncle Arben Dylgjeri, cousin Andi Zylyfi, Sandër Baho, and his Turkish friend, Erdal Duranay.
After being imprisoned and the discovery of the series of crimes by Nuredin Dumani, Erjon Alibej has expressed deep remorse in the hope of saving himself and his family from this ordeal of successive crimes.
"...when I decided to knock on your institution to give explanations and clarify my position on everything that has happened in my life and my family, I gave up everything, including revenge for what has happened to me and my family. I have already left everything in the hands of justice..." - says Erjon Alibej.
The latter has claimed to SPAK and the Special Court that during a meeting he had in his apartment with Nuredin Dumani, the latter told him all the names of the people who had participated in the murder of Endrit Alibej and Andi Zylyfi.
"...Because Nuredin and I could not find Talo, Nuredin proposed that they shoot the people below who had been discovered, with the aim of bringing Talo Çela to the scene..." Alibey claimed.
The latter adds that after the discussion with Nuredin, he finally told me: "...first of all, I want to kill Dorian Shkoza, since he is close to home and I see him as a concern for myself...".
Nuredini continued to tell me: "...these others, except Talo, will not remember me killing Dorian Shkoza, but Talo will come to me, because Talo rarely shows himself because he is wanted. But Talo, I will understand right away that I killed Dorian Shkoza and I am very sure that Talo will understand everything I will do and that I am behind this...".
Nuredin further told Erjon Alibej that he had also discussed this plan with Festim Qoli, and that Qoli was aware of everything.
"...There I interrupt Nuredin and tell him I don't want to know about any of this, I want Talon and even more so alive. Why do we have to go through all this ordeal when my interest in this ordeal is Talo Çela. Because if I managed to catch Talon, these others are all finished or even caught. I don't see it at all, I tell him with interest, this way you are explaining it to me, where all the crimes and the main people that I have identified are first the Çopja brothers who are the orderers and Mikael Qosja the organizer and then these others come with Talo Çela at the head. So I told him if I manage to catch Talon, I have solved it and even more so I destroy almost the entire network of these. I'm going to let you go, I tell him to find this Talon, I know how much he is suffering, I told him and I have no interest in getting into these others without catching Talon, it is illogical to me..." - Alibey said.
According to collaborator Erjon Alibej, perhaps for Dumani, choosing the path of serial murders made sense because he knew them very well, had them all on the street, and saw concerns from them and wanted to start with the one who was easiest to destroy by destroying their base and then capture whoever he could.
But just as Dumani wanted, Alibey says that he would not be able to catch Talon, and this path chosen by Dumani would disappear Talon from the scene, turning him into a shadow.
While Nuredini told me: "...Talo has become difficult to find, but I asked to meet with Arjan and you, two months ago, but Eljo Bitri told me "...wait, wait...". I had all of these people in my house for two months, even though we had strong disagreements with each other, they would have conversations in my house, if my conversation with you had taken place two months ago, I would have killed all of them in my house. So we have no other way, but we have to start the path of murder, maybe we can get Talon out...".
Then Erjon Alibey said to Nuredini: "...ok, if you don't see any other solution but think that what you're telling me will reach Talo Çela, then decide for yourself and tell me what you need.
Nuredini tells me: ...I have the money ready, he didn't mention any names, except for Festim Qoli. Nuredini tells me I want 100,000 Euros, to put aside a portion first, so I have some for expenses, and I've never taken a job without getting half the money in advance..."
During the conversation, Erjon Alibey tells Nuredini: "...you will receive 50,000 Euros right now, don't leave empty-handed since you are here, but I am worried about you because it is all that way and it is also night and no one will stop you on the road with all this money...".
While Nuredini replied to Alibey: "...ok, whatever you want, there's no problem for me...".
Then Erjon Alibej broke away from the conversation with Nuredin and spoke briefly only with Arjan Spahina, with whom, before Nuredin arrived, he had talked at length about a lot of information that Arjan had learned about the person who was considered the right-hand man of Talo Çela and his group, who was Nuredin Dumani, as well as the conflict that had arisen between them.
"...I asked Arjan how he met Nuredin, how he got to this...?" Alibey says in his testimony.
Arjani told me: "...Nuredin is interested in meeting me, through Fati (Fat Katnari)..."
Alibej: “…but what about “Fat Katnari” with these?
Arjani tells me: "... "Fat Katnar's" cousin, who is Elio Bitri, has a close relationship with Nuredin Dumani..." and with this I want to explain that Arjani, through "Fat Katnar", met Elio Bitri and Nuredin Dumani...".
Erjon Alibey further says: "...in a conversation with Arian, before meeting Nuredin for the first time, I ask Arian what interest Nuredin Dumani has in coming to us, for nothing but lek, for money, and nothing more, and in terms of lek you know very well how bad I am economically at the moment...".
Ariani says to me: "...Oh Lal, calm down about this, we'll kill them all, just stop these guys first, catch that Talon, because you can see very well what they're doing. Now I'll go get the money I have and bring it to you...".
This conversation took place about a week after I was released from prison, as I was then released under house arrest for the incident of wounding Xhoni Rusta.
