A 46-year-old man sentenced to 3 years, 9 months and 14 days in prison for cultivating narcotic plants was arrested by the police today.
Ilir Xhaka, 46 years old, was captured by the Kruja police.
Xaka was convicted by the Court of First Instance of Tirana General Jurisdiction for drug cultivation in the Kruja highlands in 2022.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions.

As a result, on "Donika Kastrioti" street, citizen Ilir Xaka, 46 years old, resident of Krujë, was caught and put in handcuffs.
The Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana has sentenced the 46-year-old man to 3 years, 9 months and 14 days of imprisonment for the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants", since in 2022, he cultivated narcotic plants in the highlands of Kruja.
