Another random citizen escaped the barrage of bullets on the evening of April 17 in Tirana. He was a young man who was traveling in parallel with his Ford car at the moment when the attack on the GClass car occurred.
The young man's car was hit by a bullet in the door pillar. He fled in fear and entered the parking lot of a shopping center, where he later notified the police of what had happened.
His testimony was taken, but despite being an eyewitness, he was unable to identify the perpetrators of this event because, according to him, everything happened very quickly and he fled in a hurry out of fear.
Meanwhile, in addition to the runway, which may have been a mix-up, the Tirana police and prosecution are also investigating the possibility that the attack was carried out against the owners of the physical security company "Pelikani Security", where previous conflicts that they may have had are being investigated.
This is also due to the fact that the police questioned in Lezha the wife of Roan Brahimi, whose father was killed 2 hours before the incident, but she stated that she had no idea who could have killed her father-in-law or that it had anything to do with the injury of 4 people in Tirana and that she was in Milot at the time of their injury.

From the dynamics that the police have established, it results that the perpetrators, who are suspected to have been two, have been waiting for a long time in the area where they have also broken a metal fence near the main road to hide. After the assassination, the perpetrators on a "Dukati" motorcycle headed towards Elbasan, where they have also lost track.
33 shell casings were found by the police at this location, while 8 bullets hit the G Class car. While 1 other bullet hit the FORD car of another citizen.
The police accompanied several people who have previous criminal records, but neither their questioning nor the investigations so far have yielded any results.
