After the murder of Egli Proga in Pogradec, the fine is hidden.
The police have officially declared that the incident happened due to weak motives, but it is known that Denis has imposed a "fine" on Egli, asking him for the daily tour of his bar.
When the latter refused to give money, stating that he had to support his two children, and at this moment he was severely abused by Denis, until he died in the hospital.
The punch to the left side of the head was fatal for the 42-year-old.
Egli Proga was lying on the ground for 30 minutes, while a police officer was present. When the family tried to take him to the hospital, they were refused, saying that help can only be given by ambulance.
The family members have not yet received a death certificate. A parallel investigation of the event, in addition to the arrest of Denis, three other people who hid the event have been arrested.
Another investigation has been launched into the actions of the Pogradec police station regarding this serious event.
Meanwhile, the suspected author of the murder of Egli Proga, Denis Meçi, and 3 others, Voltan Shulku, 40 years old, Arian Manellari, 55 years old, and Leonidha Guçe, 47 years old, have arrived at the Korça court today, arrested for not reporting the crime.
The victim's family members were present outside. The victim's sister demands justice for her brother.
'I want to see my brother's killer... here is the animal', she can be heard crying loudly in front of the court and at the moment of the arrival of the perpetrators.
But who is the gangster Denis Meçe who raped the 42-year-old to death?
The police say that 29-year-old Denis Meçe raped the father of two children for weak reasons, who during the physical conflict fell to the ground unconscious and died as a result.
After the conflict, Denis, the grandson of the former socialist director, Valter Gora, escaped but has now been arrested and charged with "Deliberate murder".
According to the citizens, Denis is known in Pogradec for his exploits in the Waterworks but also the businesses, fuel, that he has in the city.
"Denis Meçe, who killed Egli Proga on a sunny day, should be arrested, a family man, regular, didn't mix with anyone, worked, took care of the children, accompanied them to courses, took them for walks... and to be killed like this is terrible, scary. Maximum denim for these human-faced animals. He has support from his family members, his uncle is part of the SP. Even the city's water supply system has failed. They have fuel," wrote the commentators after the serious event.
