Wanted by Interpol Tirana, the Albanian with 3 names is arrested in England

30-year-old Visar Dodani, wanted by Interpol Tirana, has been arrested by the British police after hiding from justice since 2019 using three different names.

He was arrested in England with the intention of extradition to Albania. It is learned that Dodani appeared before the extradition court in London after being arrested by the police. He used two false identities under the names Samuel Brown and Angelo Brunneti.

Visar Dodani was wanted by Albanian justice for threats with weapons and violence against a police officer, an event that occurred on January 28, 2019.

Visar Dodani will remain in custody pending the next hearing on January 4, 2024.

His arrest was made possible by Interpol Tirana and the cooperation with the English authorities.
