Three people were arrested in Vlora, after allegedly threatening and fined a 30-year-old man 30 thousand euros. The incident occurred on Tuesday, when in a bar in Vlora, the 3 arrested, threatened a young man, to take a sum of money, and in the end took his vehicle.
The incident was reported by the 30-year-old, while security cameras identified the suspected perpetrators and placed them in handcuffs.
As a result of the rapid investigative and operational actions carried out, such as the administration of evidence and the conduct of investigative actions with proactive methods, the specialists of the Property Crimes Investigation Section, in cooperation with the services of the Vlora Police Commissariat and the Operational Section, organized and finalized the police operation codenamed "Strike", within the framework of which it was possible to identify, capture and arrest the 3 suspected perpetrators of the incident, citizens:
-AG, 26 years old, MB, 22 years old and MH, 29 years old, all three residents of Vlora.
Investigations suspect that these citizens, yesterday afternoon, in the "Pavarësia" neighborhood, threatened 30-year-old KS, a resident of Vlora, to give them 30,000 euros, then took his "BMW" vehicle and left.
The procedural materials were referred to the Vlora Prosecutor's Office, for further action, for the criminal offense of "Coercion by threat or violence for the release of property", committed in collaboration.
