5 people have been arrested red-handed, among them a 21-year-old man, as they are suspected of cultivating narcotic plants in the village of Plashnik in Poliçan. The arrested have been identified as Úngjëll Myftaraj, Gjolek Myftaraj, Fatjon Myftaraj, Vullnet Bendaj, Dorjan Bendaj.
During the control, the police found and seized 116 cannabis plants, some of them were in the process of drying.

E. M., 54 years old, GM, 61 years old, (brothers), FM, 21 years old, (son of citizen Î. M.), VB, 44 years old and DB, 39 years old, (brothers), all residents of the village Plasnik, as they allegedly cultivated narcotic plants in the village where they lived. During the control of the territory, 37 suspected narcotic cannabis sativa plants were found, which were destroyed by burning.
Also, during the inspection in a hut near the residence of the citizen Gj. M., 79 suspected cannabis narcotic plants were found in the process of drying", the police informed today.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution, for further actions, for the criminal offenses "Cultivation of narcotic plants" and "Production and sale of narcotics", of carried out in cooperation.
