After this moment and the communication with the journalists of the Stop Investigative Show, the footage was administered, the citizens were contacted by receiving the relevant reports and the citizen, MN, was detained as a suspect for the criminal offenses "Fraud" and "Aiding for Illegal Border Crossing" "provided by article 143/3 and 298/3 of the Penal Code", the Tirana prosecutor's office informed today.
Criminal proceedings were registered against him for the criminal offense of "Forgery of documents", "Fraud" and "Aiding for illegal crossing of borders", according to the announcement of the prosecution.
