Another Albanian wanted by SPAK and the State Police for attempted murder is handcuffed in England.
Referring to the documents of the extradition court, Top Channel learns that the extradition procedures to Albania have started for 33-year-old Edison Muceku.
The City of Westminster Court was told that Albania is looking for Edison Mucek as a co-perpetrator in the attempted murder in Bulqiza on 21.05.2020.
According to the indictment, Muceku collaborated to carry out the murder of Hamza Terziu, who was shot.
Muceku asked the court to stop the extradition process here as he voluntarily sought to return to Albania and faced murder charges.
Edison Muceku is suspected of being part of the criminal group of Hektor Xhečuka, 36 years old, also known as Tor Xhečuka from the city of Burrel.
This criminal group was involved in the elimination of Hamza Terzi.
Tor Xhečuka has been declared wanted by the Special Prosecutor's Office after the "Revanshi" operation.
In the investigative file of SPAK, it is said that Hektor Xhecuka was also part of Ervis Martinaj's criminal group.
Xheçuka is reportedly hiding in Dubai, and is suspected of being a hired killer, where on behalf of Ervis Martinaj he planned the murder of Durim Bami, a plan that came to light during investigations after the analysis of conversations on the SkyECC application.
The citizen Hektor Xhečuka fired a gun at the residence of the citizen Hamza Terziu in the village of Zënisht as a warning.
From the file where "The Dept" was issued and the arrest warrant, it appears that Hektor Xhečuka, in cooperation with some other citizens, planned to shoot at the uninhabited apartment of the citizen Hamza Terziu. Hamza Terziu is Dorjan Terziu's uncle.
For this case, an arrest warrant was issued by the Special Court against corruption and organized crime after the Sky Ecc application conversations were revealed.
The arrest warrants are for Hector Xhecuka, Albert Zaja, Edison Muceku, Tori Xhečuka, Florenc Kelmendi and Ardit Gjokrosa.
