According to the announcement, it is learned that Danjela Hasani, Arben Uruçi, Ardjan Tahiri, Hekuran Myrtja, Samet Dahati, Izmir Dahati, Besar Lejthiza, Ermis Sela, Afrim Dahati and Arian Popa have been left in prison. Meanwhile, under house arrest are: Pjeter Gjoni and Roland Gjoni.
SPAK informs that it has conducted investigations into two events that occurred respectively on June 17 and October 12, 2022 in the Oblik and Rrethina administrative units of Shkodra, where the police destroyed 32 thousand cannabis plants.
In one of the shares, located in the village of Vallas, the plot with cannabis was cultivated only 100 meters from the Mosque of the area.
SPAK also clarifies that a total of 332 kg of cannabis were seized in a dried state, ready to be shown by the structured group that cultivated the narcotic substance.
The 12 persons are accused of committing the criminal offenses "Cultivation of narcotic plants", "Production and sale of narcotics", in the groups of the structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by criminality and structured criminal group ".

The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime has carried out investigations within the framework of criminal proceedings no. 71, of 2024, for the criminal offenses "Cultivation of narcotic plants", the commission of special cooperation in that structured criminal group of the criminal structure ", and "Commitment of criminal offenses by criminal organizations and structured criminal groups" from articles 284, 28/4, 333/a and 334/1 of the Criminal Code.
The criminal facts for which investigations were carried out in this criminal proceeding relate to the event of 17.06.2022, where during the control of the territory in the village of Vallas of the Oblique Administrative Unit, by the police of the Shkodër Police Station and the Local Directorate . of the Shkodër Police, about 100 meters from the Vallas village Mosque, plots planted with narcotic plants of the Cannabis Sativa type, a total of 32,000 roots, were found.
As it regulates in the premises adapted to the service of this plant, it was found in the process that the plant material in the form of a vase with the aroma and characteristic of the narcotic substance Cannabis Sativa, which is the weighing resulted in a total of 112.55 kilograms.

Gj. and brother R. Gj., as well as in their father's other apartment.

The Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, with decision no. 60, dated 13.07.2024, has the right to accept the request of the Special Prosecutor's Office, certain measures in the provision of "prison arrest", from article 238 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to 10 citizens, as well as "prison arrest" security measures house", from article 237 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to two other citizens.

How 2 (two) "house arrest" security measures were executed for the defendants P.Gj. and R.Gj., accused of committing the crimes "Cultivation of narcotic plants", "Production and sale of narcotics", "Structured criminal leadership" and "Commitment of crimes". criminal organizations and groups of criminal structures", from articles 283/1, 284/1, 28/4, 333/a/1 and 334/1 of the Criminal Code.
