A 39-year-old man ended up in the handcuffs of the Kukes police, after being accused of psychologically abusing his wife and sexually harassing two minor girls.
The police clarified that QD also kept 14 detonator capsules, 2 incendiary fuses, 1 manual offensive weapon and 5 automatic combs in the apartment.
"It is suspected that he psychologically violated his wife and that he sexually harassed their 2 minor daughters, the 39-year-old man is arrested. In implementation of the measures of the coded operational plan "Rule of Law", as well as with the support of the information provided by the police intelligence, the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Kukës Police Station arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen QD, 39 years old, resident of Kukës, after allegedly psychologically abusing his wife and sexually harassing their 2 minor daughters.
Following the procedural actions, during the checks in the 39-year-old's apartment, 14 detonator capsules, 2 incendiary fuses, 1 manual offensive weapon and 5 automatic combs were found.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Kukës, for further actions," the police announced.
