Another case of domestic violence was also prevented in Tirana, where a 46-year-old man was arrested by the blue uniforms. It is about Flamur Hoxhallari, who threatened his brother and his wife that he would kill them with an axe.
The event happened yesterday afternoon, February 19, on "Mark Bajraktari" street, in Tirana. The police intervened after receiving information that a person was abusing his family members and an arrest was made possible, preventing a possible criminal event.
"This citizen, yesterday afternoon, on "Mark Bajraktari" street, committed violence against his brother and his brother's wife, as well as threatened them with an ax cutting tool", the police announced.
The cutting tool (axe) was seized as material evidence. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions.
