A 48-year-old Polish man declared internationally wanted for participation in a criminal organization was arrested by the police at the border point of Muriqani, while he was trying to leave Albania.
Grzegorz (Daniel) Hermanski is accused of selling substances dangerous to health online.
The court in Lublin has assigned to the 48-year-old, the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Trafficking of psychotropic and anabolic substances", committed within the criminal organization, according to the provisions of the Criminal Code of Poland.
For about 3 years (2018-2021), the criminal organization in which Grzegorz (Daniel) Hermanski participated sold online, without a license, substances dangerous to health, which did not meet the quality criteria.
" As a result of the information provided by the interview and verifications at the exit of the Republic of Albania, as well as its exchange between Interpol Tirana and Interpol Warsaw, with the aim of detaining a citizen announced as wanted internationally, the Border Police services of PKK Muriqan finalized the coded police operation "WEB Page", during which the Polish citizen G. (D.) H., 48 years old, was detained.
