"On 21.02.2025, citizen SH sent his 2 children, a 7-year-old girl and a 3-year-old boy, suspected of having seasonal flu, for treatment to the Pediatrics Department at the Shkodra Regional Hospital. After treatment, citizen SH and the 2 children left for their apartment.
Due to the worsening health condition of the children in the apartment, on 22.02.2025, citizen SH sent the 2 children back for treatment to the Pediatrics Department at the Shkodra Regional Hospital.
