When three days have passed since the serious event that shocked the whole country and the public opinion, the prosecutor's office has not yet come to a conclusion about the event.
Although two people lost their lives and 7 others were injured, the prosecution has not revealed the motive that brought the explosion, which endangered the lives of dozens of other people, except for the father and son who died while they were in the crane that was sending to the high floors of building under construction, oxygen cylinders.
The powerful explosion that occurred in the premises of a warehouse in Lushnja has led to the initiation of investigations by the Fier Prosecutor's Office. The investigations are being carried out in three different directions, such as "Violation of the rules of protection at work", "Violation of Urban conditions" as the subject had gone beyond the contours of the construction permit approved by the Municipality of Lushnja and "Destruction of property due to carelessness ".
The prosecutors have ordered the performance of several expertises to determine the causes of the explosion, while the police yesterday referred the materials to the prosecution body. The injured persons are also expected to be questioned, including the deputy of the Socialist Party in Lushnje, Bujar Çela.
Two dead and 7 injured, is the balance of the powerful explosion in the afternoon of March 1st in the warehouse under construction, which is said to be owned by MP Bujar Çela, inside the industrial zone in Lushnjë. Father and son, Roland, 51, and Elidon Hoxha, 23, who were working with their crane, died after the explosion of an oxygen cylinder they were transporting to the upper floors.
