On this date, it is suspected that Elson Reçi managed to place the explosive in the car with license plate AA903YG. In the following days, he communicates with Arben Merkuri and tells him that he has placed the explosive under Preng Gjin's car, and is waiting for him to get into the car.
On September 15, 2020, Elson Reçi communicates with his connections in despair since Preng Gjini was not killed.
As he was not sitting on the arm where the explosive substance was placed, but on the driver's seat.
