New details have emerged from the SPAK operation for the Tirana incinerator, where it is learned that four arrest warrants have been executed.
According to the information, a director of Erion Veliajt, Taulant Tusha, who holds the position of director of infrastructure in the Municipality of Tirana, was arrested, as well as a member of the Bid Evaluation Commission, Namik Simixhi.
SPAK has also made Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtir responsible for this incinerator, issuing new arrest warrants for them. Mërtiri and Zoto are suspected of having received about ALL 409 million through falsified VAT invoices. Also, it is learned that charges have been filed against Lefter Koka and Alqi Bllakos.
