After the serious incident, Goxhara left with his vehicle, to surrender after 2 days.
The cause of the incident is believed to be an extramarital affair. Lorenc Kosta, 45 years old, is suspected of having an affair with the policeman's wife.
The extramarital story seems to have come to life in the workplace, as Kosta is an electrical engineer at the Energy Regulatory Authority, the same state institution, where the employee's wife also works as a lawyer.
