Through a statement, the Police announced that they have arrested the 3 perpetrators, citizens Florjan Faslia, Mentor Daja and Samuel Tahiraj.
It is also known that the incident occurred after a conflict over weak motives, while the 21-year-old is in the hospital, under the care of doctors.

The Crime Investigation Specialists at Police Station No. 2, after receiving notification that a conflict had occurred on "Mihal Popi" Street, during which a citizen was injured with hard objects, immediately organized the work to capture the perpetrators and bring them to justice.
As a result of quick action, the following citizens were identified and arrested: FF, 18 years old, MD, 21 years old, and ST, 19 years old, all three residents of Tirana.
These citizens, on "Mihal Popi" street, after a conflict for weak motives, have hit citizen MB, 21 years old, with hard objects, causing serious injuries. Currently, the 21-year-old is in hospital, under the care of doctors.
The materials were referred to the Prosecution for the criminal offense of "Intentional Serious Injury" committed in collaboration," the police announced.
