Lulzim Rakaj has arrived at the Shkodra court to familiarize himself with the security measure.
He is accused of the double wounding registered on September 15 in the village of Grizhë in Malësi e Madhe to Besmir Çof and Avenir Hasanaj.
Hasanaj received a bullet in the chest and was in a serious state of health. After the operation in the hospital, the danger to his life passed.
He stated two days ago that he went to meet the persons in question after they raped his grandson, but he suspected that one of them had a gun and shot them.
"A few days ago, the two people I injured hit my nephew and beat him. I don't know what conflict they had, but I know that they hit my nephew, who told me about the incident.
I went to talk to them and that's where the argument started. I suspected that one of them had a firearm, so thinking that they could kill me, I shot at them", citizen Lulzim Rakaj, the author of the double wounding in Malesia e Madhe, stated before the investigative group.
