Journalist Artan Hoxha has warned at the start of the cannabis planting 'season' that the area of Shkodra will be problematic this year.
Invited to the "Top Talk" show, journalist Hoxha said that the seedlings are a difficult mission to be caught by the police, while adding that the seeds are being taken from the Netherlands, as the local ones are not safe.
Hoxha once again raised the concern about distributors who are caught with small doses of cannabis, where he said that those who are sentenced to many years in prison, come out as criminals because they have nothing to lose.
