A serious incident occurred yesterday evening in the suburbs of Rome, Italy. It is learned that a 40-year-old Albanian man was injured with a gunshot. He is Alban Hekurani.
According to preliminary data, the incident occurred around 9:00 PM, on the street "via Mariano Colagrossi". According to "Syri Tv", Hekurani, who turns out to be the owner of a betting shop, had just parked his vehicle and while heading towards his apartment, was shot from behind by still unidentified persons.
The perpetrators immediately left the scene, while the injured man was urgently transported to the "Policlinico di Tor Vergata" hospital in Rome. Sources from the hospital indicate that the 40-year-old is in serious condition.
The Velletri Carabinieri have intervened at the scene, who have launched investigations and are working to fully clarify the causes and circumstances of the incident. So far, the authorities have not ruled out any possibility, including the possibility of a robbery attempt that escalated to the use of a weapon.
