Four people arrested after the February 28 protest have been released from custody, while the court has imposed the security measure "compulsory appearance" on them.

These are Leonardo Marku, Robespier Dervishaj, Doris Rista and Sergei Rapo, who were detained after the events of that day.

The protest was accompanied by tensions and acts of violence in several areas of Tirana. During the rally, Molotov cocktails were thrown at the villa of former dictator Enver Hoxha, where 10 artists and staff members were staying, as well as damage to private businesses and garbage bins.

There were also clashes between protesters and police forces, mainly near the General Directorate of Police and in the former Blloku area, where officers were hit with stones and hard objects.

Unlike other protests, the February 28 rally did not feature political speeches from a podium, but took the form of a march through several areas of the capital. At one point, the situation escalated with Molotov cocktails and fireworks being thrown at Enver Hoxha's villa.

Recent protests organized by supporters of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha have been accompanied by violent incidents, with attacks on law enforcement, institutions, and private property reported.
