A physical conflict in the “Pavarësia” neighborhood in Vlora ended with the death of a 63-year-old man. The victim, Ismail Aliaj, died in hospital as a result of blows to the face and throat. His son was slightly injured and is out of danger. The suspected perpetrator fled the scene, while the police are continuing their search.
New details from the violent altercation in the area known as the Pavarësia neighborhood, where three people were involved in a physical altercation. It is learned that 63-year-old Ismail Aliaj has passed away at the Vlora Hospital.
According to medical sources, he received blows to the face and throat, wounds which proved fatal, as he was unable to survive the injuries.
Meanwhile, the victim's son was slightly injured and is out of danger.
According to preliminary information, the suspected perpetrator left the scene immediately after the incident, heading towards the highway.
The Vlora police are pursuing him, while investigations continue to fully clarify the circumstances of this event.
