An explosive explosion occurred today in Fushë Kuqe, Kurbin. A small amount of explosive material, suspected to be homemade, was thrown at the outer gate of the surrounding wall of a house in the village of Gurëz. After investigations conducted by the police and a search of the surrounding area, several bullet casings, apparently old, were also found and seized. It is not known whether they are related to the incident or not. There was no damage from the TNT explosion.
" Upon receiving the notification that at around 04:20, a small amount of suspected homemade explosives had been thrown at the outer gate of the surrounding wall of citizen M. D, alias MB, in the village of Gurëz, Fushë Kuqe, the Police services immediately went to the scene, together with the investigative group.
During the inspection of the scene and the surrounding area, it was found that the gate of the surrounding wall of the apartment had been slightly damaged by the explosion of an explosive, suspected to be homemade.
Following the actions, the investigative team found several apparently old shell casings on the street, near the apartment, which were seized and administered as material evidence.
"Under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, in-depth investigative actions continue to clarify the circumstances, identify the perpetrator(s) and fully document the case legally ," the police said.
