Two Chinese citizens were arrested at the Rinas airport with fake South Korean passports.
Upon exiting the Republic of Albania, each of these citizens presented a South Korean passport, which after verification turned out to be forged.
During the physical check, these citizens were found to have their Chinese passports, with the same generalities as the forged passports. The 4 passports were seized as material evidence, the Tirana police informed today.
The arrested are: J. Sh., 27 years old and Ch. Ch., 52 years old.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further action, for the criminal offense "Forgery of identity cards, passports or visas", carried out in cooperation.
