The prosecutor of the case called today the family members of 42-year-old Eglantin Proga, who died after being raped by 29-year-old Denis Muça.
The event in question is surrounded by many shadows of doubt.
At first it was reported as an accidental death, with the claim that the 42-year-old man was drunk and fell to the ground and later died in hospital.
Only after Proga died in the hospital, the event was reported as a murder and the subsequent investigations showed that he was brutally raped by 29-year-old Denis Meçe.
The latter was left yesterday in 'prison custody', while his three associates were released, while the 'compulsion to appear' measure was set against them. "Compulsion to appear" was given to Voltan Shulku, 40 years old, Arian Manellar, 55 years old, and Leonidha Guçen, 47 years old, who are accused of the criminal offenses of "Criminal evasion" and "Actions that prevent the discovery of the truth".
