The person in the photo is Ragip Kurtaj, who was injured yesterday in the courtroom of the Court of Appeals.
Ragip Kurtaj, 65, along with his son, Ervis Kurtaj, 45, who was also slightly injured, were opposing parties in court with the perpetrator, Elvis Shkambi.
Kurtaj received minor injuries to his chest and leg, while the boy received minor injuries to his hand. Both were transferred to the Trauma Hospital for medical attention, where they are out of danger.
Meanwhile, the victim of this event was judge Astrit Kalaja, who was shot with three bullets while performing his duties.
