Five people have been arrested by the police of Vlora, after they stole a fishing boat, a sailing vessel that was impounded in June of this year.
The police have handcuffed the citizens: AN, 53 years old, the driver of the fishing boat; AE, 55, SG, 40, ME, 43 and IA, 34, all Egyptian nationals, fishing workers.
According to the Blues of Vlora, it is suspected that in cooperation with each other they stole the sailing vessel seized by the Police, which was blocked in the port of Limion, with the claim that this sailing vessel was their property.
Also, following the actions for this case, the specialists of the Police Surveillance Agency (Vlora/Gjirokastër Region) referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in a free state for the police officer Inspector AM, with the duty of the service corps at the Police Station. Saranda border, after not taking measures to preserve the seized sailing vessel and not ascertaining the absence of the vessel, after leaving the service.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Sarandë, for further actions.
