New details have been published from the investigative file of the murder of Kreshnik Mujeci and his wife, where the killers used 2 vehicles.
The investigative actions resulted in the citizen Florin Mhillaj taking the 'Volkswagen Polo' vehicle, which his sister had rented in Rinas, and after removing the license plates in collaboration with one of the 2 citizens declared wanted, they used this vehicle to block the road and shoot at the vehicle in which citizens Kreshnik Mujeci and Gentiana Mujeci were traveling.
According to the dynamics revealed by the investigative group, it appears that after Florin Mhillaj committed the crime in collaboration with Adriano Mhillaj and Renato Mhillaj, he took this vehicle to the apartment of citizen BK, where he hid it by covering it with grass, with the aim of losing his tracks.
But the plan apparently was such that in order to create confusion among the police, who could immediately follow the trail of this vehicle, the perpetrators chose to take a similar car, but this one, unlike the one used in the crime, had regular papers and was equipped with license plates.

Who would use as an alibi the fact that his vehicle was identical to the perpetrators' and in good condition, while the crime vehicle was hidden there, covered in grass.
Following the actions, citizen BK, 22 years old, resident of the village of Torovicë, was declared wanted for the criminal offenses 'Murder in other qualifying circumstances' and 'Unlicensed possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition'.
Also, materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for the 22-year-old's father, citizen N. K, 79 years old, resident of the village of Torovicë, for the criminal offense of 'Unlicensed possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition'.
Meanwhile, Police services continue their field searches to locate and capture the perpetrators, as well as the wanted citizen.
But who are the suspected perpetrators of the crime that shocked Lezha?

Tre të rinjtë të cilët tashmë janë në kërkim nga policia lidhur mbi vrasjen e çiftit të bashkëshortëve Kreshnik dhe Gentiana Mujeci, në fshatin Balldre të Lezhës.
Kreshnik Mujeci që ndërsa u arrestua në vitin 2017 për vrasjen e Genc Mhillaj në Malin e Jushit, më datë 6 tetor të vitit 2016, më pas mori pafajësinë nga Gjykata e Shkallës së Parë Shkodër lidhur mbi këtë ngjarje.
Viktima një personazh që thuhet se ishte tejet problematik në zonë dhe ishte përfshirë në ngjarje të ndryshme.
E fundit vetëm dy javë përpara se të vritej.
Ku ai ishte proceduar penalisht për kanosje për shkak të detyrës.
Kjo pasi kishte kërcënuar një punonjës të Policisë Lezhë.
Ndërkohë që Mujeci mbante edhe rekorde për dhunë në familje

Çështje e cila shkoi deri në Gjykatën e Lartë.
E ankimuar nga Prokuoria Shkodër, e cila nuk pranonte dy vendimet e dhëna nga Gjykata e Shkallës së Parë Shkodër si edhe ajo e Apelit, të cilat kishin shpallur të pafajshëm Kreshnik Mujecin dhe Jozef Mujecin,
Si dhe kishin kërkuar lirimin e tyre të menjëhershëm nga paraburgimi.

Gjykata e Rrethit Gjyqësor Shkodër me vendimin nr. 1975 (5636), datë 27 Nëntor 2018, ka vendosur: ‘Deklarimin e pafajshëm të të pandehurit Jozef Mujeci për kryerjen e veprës penale ‘Vrasja me paramendim’ dhe ‘Prodhimi dhe mbajtja pa leje e armëve luftarake’, pasi nuk provohet të ketë kryer veprat penale për të cilat akuzohet.
