New details have been revealed from the murder of 33-year-old Valter Fjerza in the village of Hoti i Ri in Shkodër, who went to the scene of the crime to help his brother, Klevis Fierza, while he was killed with a bullet in the head.
Klevis Fierza, a few minutes before his brother's murder, had a fierce conflict with the three brothers Klodjan Mehilli, Paolo Mehilli, Lucian Mehilli, their cousin Aleksandër Mehilli and Enton Dushaj.
It is learned that the reason for the quarrel was an argument over the parking of a vehicle, where one of the Mëhilli brothers, Klodjan Mëhilli, pulled out a pistol-type firearm in the conflict and placed it on Klevis Fjerza's chest.
During this moment, two of Fjerza's friends, Gjok Qukaj and Agostin Lugaj, intervened, making it possible to remove the pistol from Klodjan Mëhilli's hand. They threw the weapon about 60 meters away from the scene, in order to avoid any more serious consequences.
Meanwhile, Klevis's brother, Valter Fierza, left for the event with a "Nissan Navara" off-road vehicle.
But at the same time, after the pistol was thrown from Klodjan Mihilli's hands, he went to his car and took another Kalashnikov automatic weapon, which he kept in the car.
After taking the gun, Mëhilli shot in the direction of the vehicle driven by Valter Fjerza, where as a result of the shooting, the latter received a bullet in the head, losing his life on the spot.
Immediately after the murder, the three Mëhilli brothers and their two cousins, Aleksandër Mëhilli and Enton Dushaj, left the scene.
A day ago, the police arrested only Paolo Mhilli, while four other citizens were announced as suspected accomplices: Aleksandër Mhilli, Paulo Mhilli, Luciano Mhilli and Enton Dushaj, who are the author's brother and cousins.
Currently, only the pistol-type weapon has been seized, while the Kalashnikov with which the murder was committed has not yet been found.
"The dynamics of the event that happened yesterday evening, in the village of Hot i Ri, where due to a momentary conflict, outside a bar, a 33-year-old man was shot dead. The police identify and announce the wanted 24-year-old man who allegedly shot with a Kalashnikov in the direction of the vehicle with the 33-year-old driver. 4 other citizens, suspected to be involved in the conflict, are identified and declared wanted.
A pistol firearm suspected to be in the possession of the 24-year-old man and 3 cartridges found at the scene were found and seized. As a result of the intensive investigative work, carried out by the services of the Shkodër Local Police Directorate, immediately after the event that happened last night, at around 21:48, in the village of Hot i Ri, where due to a momentary conflict, he was killed with a gun Kalashnikov fire, VF citizen, it has become possible to clarify the dynamics of the event and identify the citizens involved in it.

F., 35 vjeç. Pas konfliktit, drejt vendit të ngjarjes është afruar me automjet, shtetasi V. F. Sapo ka parë automjetin, shtetasi K. M. dyshohet se ka qëlluar disa herë, me armë zjarri kallashnikov, në drejtim të 33-vjeçarit, i cili për pasojë, mbeti i vrarë.
The police found and seized as material evidence, a pistol firearm (suspected in the possession of the KM citizen) and 3 cartridges that were found at the scene. Intensive searches continue for the capture of the 5 wanted citizens and for finding the weapon with which the murder was committed, as well as in-depth investigations to individualize the criminal responsibility for this case. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Shkodër, for further actions", the police informs.
