The former prime minister, Sali Berisha, in his speech from the window of the apartment where he is under house arrest, spoke about the challenges that the opposition has faced in these 10 years.
He stated that the opposition becomes unbearable when those institutions that are supposed to be with the law, are corrupted and used as a rifle against the opposition. Berisha accused Duman and SPAK, calling them Rama's servants.

Berisha's words:

We have been in opposition for 10 years, dear friends. Opposition is difficult, but it is even more difficult when it lasts 10 years. You have gone through a lot of pain, injustice, sacrifices. The opposition becomes unbearable when those institutions that are supposed to be with the law are corrupted and used as a rifle against the opposition.
