January 21, Rama: The question is, should we prepare for the worst?

On February 27, the Supreme Court will decide on the request of Aleks Nika's family members to transfer the SPAK file.

Prime Minister Edi Rama said that he hopes that the Supreme Court will do justice and hand it over to SPAK. During his speech, Rama hinted that there are doubts that the system will not act even on the basis of the obligation arising from the European Court.

" Was it so difficult to do the system itself? The question is whether we should prepare for the worst, so that the system does not act again based on the obligation arising from the European Court.

Therefore, January 21 is as much a need for direct justice for a state crime as it is a motive and a mirror to better understand what our duty is as a political leader and guarantor of justice reform," said Rama.
