The head of the Special Anti-Corruption Structure (SPAK), Altin Dumani, during an informal meeting with journalists, answered some questions of interest, which are related to concrete issues against which the prosecution body has investigations or charges presented to the court.
Commenting on the decision of SPAK, for Sali Berisha, Dumani emphasizes that the decisions of the prosecution have been confirmed at both levels of the judiciary.
The head of SPAK said that the case now belongs to the court and answered the defense lawyers who claim that by not addressing the Assembly for the security measure 'obligation to appear' they have committed an unconstitutional act.
"SPAK cannot give attributes to the assembly, which the Constitution did not give it. SPAK not only this case but also other cases. We acted according to the law," Dumani said firmly, adding that "now the matter belongs to the Court" , said Dumani.
