"Pamphlet" said a few days ago that something else was hidden behind Ilir Meta's silence, that of "auctioning" properties. And the facts clearly show such a thing.
"Pamphlet" provided the property declaration made by Monika Kryemadhi at the ILDKP for 2022. It is noticeable that Monika Kryemadhi has sold 3 apartments. A few years ago, Ilir Meta's wife declared that she had benefited from 13 apartments from the construction of a building on her land. Every year Monika comes out and declares that she is selling the apartments, which seem to have no end.
But what stands out is that Kryemadhi has declared very low values of the apartments.
Kryemadhi has sold a 92 square meter apartment with a value of 61,506 euros. Or another 60 thousand euros. Kryemadhi has also started distributing the money. She stated in the ILDKP that she gave 20 thousand euros in debt.
Meanwhile, Ilir Meta himself seems to be unemployed now. He has only declared the salary he received as President.
