PL MP, Monika Kryemadhi, after leaving SPAK, has announced that the appeal of GJKKO has left in force the security measures for her and her ex-husband, Ilir Meta. The latter had asked to be tried in a free state, a request which was rejected by the Appeal.
In her statement to the media, in front of SPAK, Kryemadhi accused GJKKO and the Special Prosecutor's Office, who, according to her, accuse her and her ex-husband with fabricated evidence.
According to her, the arguments of the prosecutors were ridiculous and at an average level of a first-year law student.
"They result in malicious falsifications by the prosecution, cez dia and 162., I want to emphasize that the calculations and financial analysis not made by SPAK will be maliciously falsified, as for the letter of orders from the United States, it again falls to have a false statement where the law federal sentences them to 5 years in prison and violates the cooperation agreement of two parties, the prosecutors were unprepared and went to the newspaper articles. I mentioned that because of the politics, the method and the methodology did not show anything other than strangely that in the appointment of a new prosecutor not a single kg of cocaine passed through the port of Durrës., said Kryemadhi!
