Safet Bajri's arrest, Berisha: Mafia code, surrendered with agreement

Former Prime Minister Berisha has stated that Safet Bajri surrendered under an agreement and was not arrested by the police.

Asked by journalists if he welcomes Bajri's arrest by SPAK, the DP leader stated that he does not welcome such agreements because, according to him, the mafia has a law for arrests by agreement.

"Safet Bajri surrendered, he surrendered nicely and beautifully, it's completely an agreement. If they had caught him, arrested him... he went himself and surrendered. They never surrender without an agreement. The mafia has its own law, I can't welcome an agreement ," said Berisha.
