Analyst Milaim Zeka on the show 'Të Pashoj' said that SPAK has done very good work, but it seems that during the recent period it has gone off the constitutional rails.
Zeka said that there are 3 moments when he was disappointed by SPAK.
"The first moment is the way Ilir Meta was arrested. The second is Sali Berisha, who calls SPAK a criminal organization, so it is a criminal charge, and the third moment is the arrest of Erion Veliaj. I agree with the Prime Minister's statement that there is a war going on here to arrest as many as possible.
"If SPAK is in a hurry to arrest Erion Veliaj, then the question arises: what is more serious, the theft of a tender, or the murder of 4 people on the boulevard? I am afraid that SPAK's mission is failing," said Zeka.
Speaking about the arrest of Erion Veliaj, Zeka said that he has information that the Prosecutor went to him and asked for a building permit, while the Mayor granted it based on the law.
"This prosecutor has a conflict of interest. If there were early clashes and if this prosecutor had it personal, it is very bad news for this country," said Zeka.
He said that SPAK will be under extraordinary monitoring not only by the media, but also by international circles.
"If these people don't have facts and if they fail, it's bad news for SPAK and Erion Veliaj can sue them in Strasbourg and it will be a black mark on Albania," said Zeka.
