
Interior Minister Taulant Balla met with the head of the High Council of Prosecution Alfred Balla, as the topics of conversation between them were numerous.
During the meeting held between them, a tougher criminal policy against arsonists was also discussed.
Another point of discussion between the two leaders was the efficiency of the Judicial Police Officers at the Police Directorates, where the KLP notes a lack of stability, which is caused by the numerous movements among the ranks of these officers.
According to the official announcement, " The High Prosecution Council supports the Ministry of the Interior and the State Police in intensifying the crackdown on the phenomenon of the distribution of narcotics and positively evaluates the proposal for toughening the penalties for criminal offenses committed within the perimeter of school security."
During the meeting, the activities of the Prosecutors' Protection Commission (which is headed by the KLP), where there are representatives of the Ministry of the Interior and the General Directorate of Police, were also discussed.
