The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, today convened the College of Chairmen. During his speech, Basha commented on the situation created within the Democratic Party, but did not prefer to dwell on names. Basha says the DP's attention will no longer be on those who are left behind with the agenda of personal interest, but on the citizens and the battle with the government.
"We are indebted to the democrats, the only way to repay this debt is by standing in front of the government, but also in front of a realistic alternative. This contrast is visible today all day. Our attention is not and will not be on those who have left behind with the agenda of self-interest. If we spend time or energy engaging in this debate where they provoke us, then it falls to us to abandon the real battle that is not with them, but for the people. The more time we spend on each other the next, the less will be left for the people", said Basha.
