Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has reacted to the appointment of Arbjan Maznik as head of the Ministry of State for Local Government. Berisha calls Maznik as "Mr. greed"
Former prime minister Sali Berisha, through a post on Facebook, writes that the deputy mayor of Tirana, Arbjan Mazniku, receives a full 12 monthly salaries.
Berisha goes even further as he calls Maznik a mobster and partner of the 'Ndranghetta in Verona, Miglioracci.

Mafioso with 12 salaries!! Or Mafioz Mazniku, the partner of the boss of Verona's Ndragete, Miglioranci. This mobster, in addition to his salary as deputy mayor, receives 12 other salaries per month.
The tip of the iceberg
Arbjan Mazniku
1-Administrative Director of the concession company "Eco Tirana" with a monthly salary of 1500 Euros, where the Municipality has 51% of shares, while the mafia group "Ndraghet'a" has 49% of shares.
2- Chairman of the Tirana Water-Sewage Supervisory Council, with delegation from the statutory chairman Erjon Veliaj, where he is paid 1000 Euros per month.
3- Administration-liquidation supervisor of the company "TI-VA Sh.a" with a salary of 500 Euros; company manufacturing and selling construction materials, where the municipality owns 51%, while 49% is owned by the Italian Veronese company "Ital-Tub".
4- Temporary administrator of Student Enterprise No. 3 Tirana, with a monthly payment of 600 Euros; since 15.08.2020, after the death of former administrator Ndue Ndoci.
5- Supervisor for the administration-liquidation of the company "SPORT KLUB FARKA" with a monthly salary of 300 Euros; which is 49% owned by the Municipality of Tirana, 31% owned by Çim Fusha and 20% owned by the former mayor of PD, Fatbardh Plaku.
6- Vice-Chairman of the Board "CLUB-FOOTBALL TIRANA", where the Municipality is 34% owner; as well as an administrative supervisor delegated by the Mayor of Tirana, with a monthly salary of 700 Euros.
7- Vice-chairman of the Supervisory Council of the Credit-Business-Construction Foundation "CRIMSON FINANCE FUND ALBANIA", with a monthly salary of 800 Euros, where the Municipality-Tirana is the owner with 25%, in partnership with Aleksandër Sarapuli and the passport company "Aleat" .
8- Chairman of the Supervisory Council of the company "TIRANA AGRICULTURE shpk" created on 15.07.2020, 100% owned by the municipality, but still unpaid.
9- Chairman of the Supervisory Council of the company "TIRANA DC Sh.a" created on 28.10.2020; with earthquake reconstruction activity, cultural events, machinery import, property transactions, etc.; 100% owned by the municipality, still unpaid.
10- Appointed by the mayor Veliaj, to the position of Director of Public Works Projects credited to the "Abui Dhabi" group for the Municipality-Tirana; it is not known how much his monthly salary is.
11- Appointed to the Boards of 4 Public Universities of Tirana, with the right to vote, as a representative of the local government and a monthly salary of 200 Euros to each.
12- Delegated by the mayor of Tirana, Veliaj, as a representative-member of the board in his place in the ADF, with a monthly salary of 600 Euros.
