The new leader of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, has started work on the reorganization of the party. During the meeting he held with the structures in Korça district, Basha said that they should be ready to face the government at the local and central level.
According to Basha, this is a corrupt government and this is clearly shown by the incinerator affair.
"The road to prosperity for Albania and Albanians will be fully opened when impunity at the highest levels ends forever and politics is cleansed of whoever has misused the trust of the citizens to enrich himself and his clientele," writes Basha .
"With the leadership structures of the Korça District, we coordinated the activity for the reorganization and efficiency of each branch of the Democratic Party, to be ready for the confrontation at the central and local level with this corrupt government, to become the voice of the citizens and the tool in their hands for real change.
