The member of the Presidency of Sali Berisha, Belind Këlliçi, in a statement to the media presented facts that, according to him, prove that Erion Veliaj is the owner of the Tirana incinerator.
He has stated, among other things, that these facts will be addressed to SPAK, but this time with a direct criminal complaint against Erion Veliaj.
"Dear citizens, today we are presenting you new documents and facts, which clearly prove how the ghost incinerator of Tirana is made available to its real owner, the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.
On 15.04.2020 with no. 12619 prot., through the company INTEGRATED ENERGY BV SPV and the mayor ERION VELIAJ, a loan-use contract was concluded for 12 vehicles which will be used by the Municipal Police after the difficult situation created by the Covid pandemic 19.
In the contract, the parties state that these tools are owned by the company INTEGRATED ENERGY BV SPV according to the data of their traffic permits according to Annex number 1 attached to this contract.
This contract was amended on 15.10.2020 and 15.10.2021 and following.
Even today, these tools are in use by the Municipal Police.
These tools cost Integrated Energy BV SPV 80,000 euros every year. So until today, for the systematic violence of the street vendors, for the daily fines against the citizens of Tirana, who are afraid to turn their heads from one side, after the fine comes from the Municipal Police of Erion Veliaj, more than 300,000 euros have been paid, before which the state budget provides for the investment and construction of the Incinerator, which still does not exist today.
Meanwhile, in the e-mail dated April 6, 2020, at 10:41 p.m., Mirela Veli, Director of the Municipality of Tirana, addresses the Administrator in letters of the Incinerator of Tirana, starting the draft contract that we showed you a little while ago.
The next day, on April 7, 2020, at 11.48, this e-mail is forwarded to Klodian Zoto, asking for information on whether any comments should be made, since the Administrator did not know what Klodian Zoto had agreed to when he had conversation with the Municipality of Tirana regarding this issue.
The question we address to SPAK today, and tomorrow we will officially pass it on, is: Who did Klodian Zoto communicate with in the Municipality of Tirana? With "Lal" as in the case of the 1 million dollar nursery that he gave as a gift for the 2019 elections, or with Veliaj who signed the financial commitment of the Municipality of Tirana, without asking either the Municipal Council or the friends of the district, in 2017, introduced the Municipality of Tirana into a financial commitment of hundreds of millions of euros for 30 consecutive years?
For these new facts and others that we will bring out regarding this matter in the following days, since where Veliaj has a firm, there is also a director who benefits from this money, we will turn to SPAK again, but this time with a direct criminal complaint against Erion Veliaj.
