Former Prime Minister Berisha has accused Edi Rama of having discovered communications with criminal exponents, traffic bosses, but also with Charles McGonigal.
During the conference with journalists at the blue headquarters, Berisha stated that Rama was "confused" by the revelations of the encrypted phones he used.
According to him, the head of the government had communications with the former FBI agent, McGonigal, but also dangerous exponents of crime and traffic bosses.
He also stated that most of the encrypted phones with secret communication programs such as "SKY ECC and EncroChat" were in the building of the Council of Ministers, implicating members of the government.
"Edi Rama, in a total moral, psychic and all-round degradation, is experiencing the deepest crisis of his bad governance.
Embarrassed by the series of crimes he committed while running the criminal organization he built, embroiled by the revelations of the encrypted phones he used, that he thought his every conversation was secure.
