The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, accused Prime Minister Edi Rama and President Bajram Begaj of deceiving public opinion with the "Diella" project, which he described as an "empty avatar" without any element of artificial intelligence.
In a statement from the Blue House, Berisha referred to an investigation by international expert Patrick Quirk, who he said analyzed the functioning of "Diella" and concluded that it does not have "a single cell of artificial intelligence."
According to Berisha, the appointment of "Diella" as a virtual minister constitutes a "constitutional crime" and an act that, according to him, damages Albania's image in the international arena.
He added that the opposition had raised doubts since the moment of the presentation of "Diella", considering the project a "bluff" and a way to mask, according to him, financial abuses.
Berisha also accused President Bajram Begaj of decreeing "Diella" as a minister, saying that "the Constitution and the morality of the Albanian state were desecrated."
"Every lie has short legs. Every lie is a shame, it is in itself an immorality. But lies on an international scale are a world shame."
And here I will denounce before Albanians a global disgrace of Edi Rama and Haram Begaj, who will enter the Guinness Book of Records as the most shameless deceivers of public opinion.
When last fall, Edi Rama presented to Albanians and the world an avatar, Diella, as the institution of artificial intelligence, appointed him as a minister and decreed Haram Turpi as minister, we raised our voices, we said that this is a bluff and only a bluff.
That Diella is just a scam to steal a few million euros and nothing else.
Edi Rama presented Minister Diella as omnipotent in the fight against corruption.
Unfortunately, the international media was initially fooled by this shameful bluff, by this unprecedented act in world history.
While Diella had nothing to do with artificial wisdom, there was no element of it, it was simply an empty avatar, a bluff by Edi Rama to mask his terrible thefts that would be proven and are proven every day.
Regarding the above, thanks to a leading international expert in the field, Patrick Quirk, who has dedicated days and weeks to dissecting Diella one by one, he concludes that Minister Diella has absolutely not a single cell of artificial intelligence. Zero!
That it is an avatar without any attribute for corruption, without any interface, etc., etc. A long article by a responsible professional, internationally known in this field, highlights the entire ugliness of the Rama-Begaj deception, who desecrated the Constitution, desecrated the morality of the Albanian state, deceived Albanians and the world by appointing a minister, a bot without any function for corruption, without any attribute, without any ability. This is an ugly constitutional crime. This is another tarnishing of Albania's image in Europe and the world," said Berisha.
