Berisha has attacked the former head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, accusing him of making a false declaration of his assets on ILDKPI forms in order to pass the Vetting process.
"I am here for another denunciation, a new denunciation, which proves that Altin the fraudster, Altin Troplini, has deceived everyone regarding the villa where he lives. This man who heads Vetting now is unworthy of any function, except in the dock.
Today, I will tell you about the villa where Altin Troplini lives, that if you check his interviews, he says that I live in a rental and that in state documents he has stated that the villa was built almost entirely before his marriage to his current wife, so that no one can connect the construction of the villa with the son-in-law. So Altin became a son-in-law in that family after the villa was built and if someone were to say that the villa was built there after the marriage, it would be said to be a fraud.
